To act as both a strategic and operational HR partner to the business by implementing HR initiatives that align with organizational goals. The role will manage transactional HR needs while supporting talent management, employee engagement, and workforce strategies for assigned regions or business lines.
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibility Areas
1. Talent Acquisition
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process - sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Ensure an efficient and positive candidate experience.
2. HR Business Partnering
Collaborate with business heads to align HR strategy with business goals.
Provide strategic inputs on workforce planning and organizational effectiveness.
3. HR Operations
Handle the complete employee lifecycle, maintain HRIS data accuracy, and process payroll inputs.
4. Talent Management
Drive the performance management process, identify high-potential talent, and implement retention initiatives.
5. Compliance & Policy
Ensure adherence to statutory compliance, company policies, and labor regulations.
6. Capability Development
Coordinate learning & development (L&D) programs and support capability-building initiatives.
7. HR Analytics
Provide actionable insights through HR data, dashboards, and metrics.

Internal: Business Heads, Regional HR, and COE Leads
External: Consultants, Compliance Advisors, and Labour Authorities
Qualifications & Experience
Education: MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or a related field
Experience: Minimum 3 years in HRBP or generalist roles with strong Talent Acquisition exposure
Skills: Proactive, analytical, excellent stakeholder management, and strategic mindset
