Job Description

Human Resource Business Partner

Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve employee relations issues and address employee grievances by proactively partnering with employees on a regular basis

- Have a continuous grip on the pulse of employees and work with colleagues in HR to create and implement initiatives aimed at improving work relationships, building morale and enhancing productivity and retention

- Act as the culture ambassador for the organization and drive initiatives to promote the same

- Regularly provide policy and people process guidance to employees

- Own the HR Operations piece and undertake projects to enhance effectiveness and efficiency of delivery in this area

- Implement Employee Engagement process in the organization and own the fun at work element of the process

- Support in creating best in class people policies and ensure implementation of the same

- Support in implementing key OD initiatives in the area of performance, rewards, competency and talent management

Requirements:

- Post graduate in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology or Behavioral sciences from an institute of repute

- Knowledge and exposure of implementing new-age HR practices w.r.t engagement and talent retention

- Problem solving approach with strong emphasis on data driven decision making

- Skilled at negotiation, presentation, and execution

- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills

- Meticulous, hard-working, and goal-driven

- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company

- Certification in the area of Talent Measurement and Retention tools and instruments is good to have

- The candidate should be a quick learner and should be up to date with current trends in people practices. We solve complex, completely new problems in the financial domain which requires someone who is not intimidated by challenges, thrives under pressure and hyper focused on delivering exceptional results.

Experience :

- At least 5 years of progressive experience in business partnering or CoE functions

- Should have worked for at least 2 years in a process driven organization with emphasis on creating and implementing people processes
