HR Business Partner - Performance Management & Engagement
We're looking for an HR Business Partner who will lead our Performance Management System and strengthen overall employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
? Design and implement the Performance Management Framework.
? Conduct regular RAG reviews and performance tracking.
? Define KRAs/KPIs with department heads and ensure alignment.
? Drive BGV (Background Verification) and onboarding processes for new hires.
? Coordinate training programs with internal/external trainers.
? Plan and execute employee connect and engagement initiatives.
? Continuously bring innovative ideas to enhance performance and culture. What We're Looking For:
? MBA/PGDM in HR with 2-4 years of experience in HRBP, PMS, or L&D.
? Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
? Passionate about building a high-performance and people-first culture.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
