We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. The HRBP will play a pivotal role in driving people strategies aligned with business objectives while serving as a trusted advisor to employees and local leadership. This role focuses on employee relations, retention initiatives, talent acquisition, and hands-on involvement across branches to ensure effective HR operations. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong interpersonal skills, and possesses a deep understanding of HR practices tailored to local contexts.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities * Employee Relations:

  • Act as the first point of contact for employees to address workplace concerns, conflicts, and grievances.
  • Foster a positive work culture by ensuring timely resolution of issues and providing guidance on company policies and labor regulations.
  • Partner with line managers to implement fair and consistent employee relations practices.
  • Retention & Engagement:
  • Develop and execute initiatives to improve employee engagement, motivation, and retention across branches.
  • Conduct stay interviews and exit interviews to gather insights and recommend actionable strategies.
  • Collaborate with leadership to design reward, recognition, and career progression frameworks.
  • Talent Acquisition:
  • Drive end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs and ensure timely closures of open positions.
  • Leverage innovative sourcing techniques and local market knowledge to attract top talent.
  • Local Leadership Support:
  • Work closely with local leads and business heads to support workforce planning and organizational goals.
  • Serve as an HR advisor during decision-making on staffing, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Provide data-driven insights through HR metrics to support leadership in strategic decisions.
  • Branch Visits & On-ground HR Support:
  • Regularly visit branches to understand employee challenges, monitor HR processes, and build stronger relationships with teams.
  • Ensure HR policies, compliance requirements, and employee engagement initiatives are effectively implemented at the ground level.
  • Act as a cultural ambassador to align organizational values with local practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of proven HR experience, preferably in a business partnering role.
  • Strong expertise in employee relations, retention strategies, talent acquisition, and branch-level HR operations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build trust across levels.
  • Hands-on experience in conducting branch visits, managing employee engagement activities, and collaborating with local leads.
  • Sound understanding of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with day-to-day operational execution.
