Ensuring a strong collaborative working relationship with business leaders and be an integral part of the leadership team.
Providing support that is aligned with business and HR strategy that enables seamless high performance.
Working with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues ensuring a balance.
Responsible for managing the quarterly performance evaluation process and the Annual performance cycle.
Make recommendations and drive process improvements in order to achieve high productivity each year.
Prepare HR key imperatives for the year covering individual plans relevant for HR.
Provide inputs on policy changes required within business line.
Design the monthly/yearly activity calendar for various HR events.
Act as a bridge between management and employees and create a network to ensure that the values and culture of the studio are respected and encouraged.
Drive the employee engagement initiatives, employee surveys etc.
Talent retention Attrition Management.
Grievance Redressal
Work with the HR Operations team on improving documentation processes.
