Job Description
Role: Human Resources Business Partner for BPO
- Should have 3+ years as a manager & team handling experience
- Should have managed a span of 500+ employees in an International BPO
Salary Upto 12L (depending on experience & last CTC)
Job Responsibilities:
- To work closely with management & employees
- Performance management
- Employee engagement
- Organizing fun activities
- To provide HR policy, guidance & interpretation
- To conduct policy refresher sessions
- To manage & resolve employee issues
Office Days:
- 12.30 pm to 9.30 pm (Mon to Fri)
- Sat & Sun fixed weekly off
Office Location - Saltlake Sector 5, Kolkata
