You report to the Plant Head-HR, Aurangabad, and partner with the HR Head as an HR Business Partner.
You support all HR permits and licenses, ensuring business continuity by providing legal approvals such as RC submission, Solvent, Sulphur, and Factory license.
You direct, monitor, and control variances to ensure smooth operations for staff contractual headcount on third-party rolls.
You manage new associate orientations and inductions, and provide inputs to related functions.
You ensure the performance management system for temporary staff is in place, and monitor their readiness, performance, engagement, and retention.
You handle joining formalities, documentation, and approvals.
You direct and monitor exits and settlement processes, maintaining proper records for exit associates including No Dues Certificates, Exit Clearance Forms, and Exit Interviews.
You ensure smooth handover of the contract billing process to Aparajitha.
You control overtime, ensure manpower availability, and reduce absenteeism.
You make strategic plans to ensure manpower supply during festival periods and peak seasons.
You ensure disciplinary actions, safety and quality violation corrective actions, and issuance of related letters.
You ensure accurate contract billing provisions and identify opportunities to save costs.
