HR Business Partner - B2B Tech Platform

Our client is a Series D funded AI powered app development platform for corporates and entrepreneurs across sectors. They are looking for a HR Business Partner to work closely with the leadership team globally and to build the company culture, strengthen employee engagement and partner the business heads to work towards the company\'s goals.

Responsibilities:

- Conducts weekly meetings with respective business units.

- Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.

- Analyses trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.

- Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.

- Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions).

- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.

- Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.

- Develops contract terms for new hires, promotions and transfers.

- Assists international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters.

- Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.

- Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.

- Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met.

Education and Experience:

- 8-12 years of experience in a generalist/HRBP role, thorough knowledge across all aspects of HR and should be in a senior HRBP role partnering with the leadership/business heads at the current company

- Exposure to international markets is a major plus

- MBA degree from a reputed institute is preferred.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Excellent stakeholder management

- Open to candidates from Tech companies / Consulting / Large Corporates
