Requirements:

Position - HR & Business Development

Location - Baner, Pune

Salary Range - Rs. 20,000/- to 35,000/-

Qualification - B. Com / B.A., Proficiency in Computer Knowledge & MS Office

Experience - 2-4 years as HR, Admin

Female Candidates Preferred.

Responsibilities:

Processing monthly attendance & salary

Co-ordinate with PF consultant

Maintaining leaves records

Preparing various HR letters as and when required

End to end Recruitment process: Job postings, Screenings, Scheduling interviews & onboarding.

Joining formalities & induction to new joiners.

Maintaining and updating HR policies to all employees

Keeping track of office stationery and placing new orders; Coordination for other office admin work

Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitor activities.

Coordinate and schedule meetings, calls, and follow-ups with prospects and partners.

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging and client outreach efforts.

Participate in events, trade shows, and networking activities to support brand visibility.

Skills Required:

Indian Payroll System Knowledge (PF & ESIC Laws)

Computer Knowledge

MS Office

Good Communication Skills

Good Follow-up Skills
