PAN INDIA hiring, onboarding, and daily performance monitoring

of Remote Business Managers & Channel Partners.

Key Responsibilities



End-to-end recruitment of Remote Teams (PAN INDIA) Daily coordination with 28 States & 8 UTs Onboarding kit, NDAs, SOP handling Maintain CRM, MIS, dashboards Collect daily reports from Business Managers & TSA Schedule training, performance review Work with UK coordination team for daily goals Maintain discipline, targets & reporting structure
