Techmatrix AI Pvt Ltd is looking for an HR & Recruitment Executive to manage end-to-end hiring and support day-to-day HR operations.
We are looking for a dynamic HR Analyst with the following roles and responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
HR processes, policies, and overall business strategy.
Responsibilities include data analysis and reporting, performance management support and insights to enhance business development, exploring new business avenues and to look after Managing Director's day to day schedules, travel management, inter personal communications, adhoc tasks.
Requirements:
1-3 years of HR/Recruitment experience (EdTech/Tech hiring preferred).
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Hands-on experience with job portals and HR tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
Location: Coimbatore (On-site)
Salary: ₹20,000 - ?25,000 per month
