Job Description

As an HR & Business Intern, you will gain practical experience in various aspects of human resources & Business functions, supporting the day-to-day activities and projects. This internship offers exposure to Lead generation, recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and HR administration. The ideal candidate is a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a strong interest in pursuing a career in human resources.

Key Responsibilities:



Support Business functions such as sales, marketing & Product Marketing.

Recruitment Support:

Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, and scheduling interviews. Coordinate logistics for recruitment events and job fairs. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system.
Employee Relations:

Support HR team in handling employee relations matters. Assist in conducting employee surveys and feedback sessions. Participate in the development of employee engagement initiatives. Support the onboarding process for new hires.
HR Administration:

Assist in maintaining HR databases and employee records. Prepare HR-related documents, such as offer letters and contracts. Help with the administration of benefits and leave programs.
Compliance and Policies:

Ensure HR policies and procedures are communicated and adhered to. Assist in conducting compliance audits. Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations.
General Administrative Support:

Provide general administrative support to the HR team. Handle phone inquiries and direct them to the appropriate personnel. Assist in organizing HR-related events and meetings.
Qualifications and Skills:

Currently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Detail-oriented with a proactive and can-do attitude.

Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices is a plus.
