HR Business Analyst (Remote)
Full time, Bangalore, India
We are seeking a dynamic SAP Story Consultant with 2-3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, particularly in People Analytics Stories. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing story reports to support HR decision-making.
As a HR Business Analyst, you will

• Develop and configure Stories in People Analytics using SAP SuccessFactors
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to understand reporting requirements
• Translate business needs into interactive dashboards and visualizations
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reports
• Provide training and documentation to end-users
• Stay updated with SAP SuccessFactors reporting enhancements and best practices

About You

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, especially in People Analytics Stories
• Strong understanding of HR data structures and reporting needs
• Experience with Workforce Analytics, Report Center, and Canvas Reports is a plus
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• SAP SuccessFactors certification (People Analytics) preferred
