Job Description

Roles & Responsibility:

Manage end-to-end recruitment of Frontliners for high-volume hiring campaigns. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a large, diverse talent pool. Source candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks. Screen a high volume of resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Prepare and present shortlisted candidate profiles to hiring teams. Extend job offers and negotiate compensation and benefits. Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems Assist with candidate onboarding, Culture development and training after the hiring process is complete.

Qualification Required:

BE/ B Tech, MBA (Human Resource), MSW
