HR Branch Manager

to lead our branch operations with a focus on

new client acquisition

. The role involves bringing in new business, maintaining existing clients, managing the recruitment team, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new clients and build strong business relationships Manage client communications, meetings, and service delivery Lead and supervise the recruitment team to achieve targets Handle team performance, training, and motivation Oversee branch operations and ensure service quality Coordinate with internal departments to meet client requirements

Requirements:

5-8 years in HR/Staffing/Recruitment (with client and team handling experience) Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills Proven experience in business development & client servicing Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR or related field
