+ Build a strong connect with stakeholders by understanding the business landscape

+ Manpower planning - Complete ownership and control of approved count and structures for S&M plus corporate functions
+ Talent Acquisition - Ensure quality hiring for approved positions as per agreed TAT
+ Capability Building - Partner in identifying the capability gaps. Ensure implementation of all capability interventions for the teams
+ Talent Management - Implementation of central initiatives of TM and individual development plans for talent pool
+ Employee Engagement - Implementation of central initiatives, identify engagement levers for the respective teams and ensure implementation
+ PMS - Ensure implementation of the appraisal cycle from goal setting till final evaluation. Ensure implementation of increment cycle
+ Policies - Provide guidance and support to ensure the appropriate implementation of applicable company and divisional policies
+ Communication - Partner with the leadership team and other managers to ensure effective and regular employee communication
+ HR Analytics - Create and manage HR Analytics for S&M plus corporate functions
