We are seeking a results-driven

Blue Collar Recruiter

to source, screen, and hire skilled and unskilled people across multiple locations. This role focuses on high-volume recruiting, fast turnaround hiring, and building strong pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates for blue-collar roles (e.g., Dental Assistants, etc.) Manage full-cycle recruiting: intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding coordination. Execute high-volume recruiting using job boards, referrals, walk-ins, community outreach, and local partnerships. Conduct phone and in-person screenings; verify availability, skills, certifications, and work eligibility. Partner with hiring managers and operations teams to understand workforce needs and hiring timelines. Maintain accurate candidate records; ensure compliance with hiring and labor regulations. Track recruiting metrics and continuously improve time-to-fill and quality-of-hire. Build talent pipelines for recurring roles and seasonal demand.

Qualifications:

2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in blue-collar. Strong communication skills; able to connect with diverse candidate populations. Experience using job portals, and sourcing tools.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
