The Benefits Coordinator will be responsible for supporting and administering various benefits programs, supporting mobility strategies, and ensuring compliance to organizational policies with respect to benefits & wellness team in our WHQ office. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders. The Benefits Coordinator will play a key role in


maintaining employee records, processing field assignments, and assisting in data reporting and analytics.


Administer and manage mobility and field assignment processes, including verifying and processing field assignment bonuses. Support audits for ex-employees by exporting Power BI reports and updating active field assignments. Monitor active employee assignments nearing completion, coordinating with relevant stakeholders to obtain necessary documentation. Organize and manage the Field Assignment inbox, ensuring efficient handling of communications and documentation. Input expenses into field assignees' Oracle profiles to maintain accurate financial records. Oversee benefits program administration, including the USA Monthly Billing and Flexible Spending Account reporting. Vendor invoice management and collaborate with international benefits carriers to support global billing processes and ensure timely payments. Create and manage comprehensive documentation for benefits processes, including PeopleDoc tagging. Research on monthly wellness topics and develop engaging content and infographics for the Wellness Content Calendar to promote health and well-being throughout the organization. Partner with stakeholders to analyze data and identify opportunities for improving benefits and mobility programs. Perform other ad hoc duties as requested.

Qualifications




Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Candidates should possess 1-3 years of professional experience, with a preference for backgrounds in HR or benefits administration. Proficiency in data management and reporting tools. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
