We are looking for an

HR Cum Back Office Executive

to manage day-to-day

service desk operations

, coordinate with engineers and customers, and handle

HR tasks

. The role requires strong coordination, documentation, and communication skills with an understanding of IT hardware and networking services.

HR Responsibilities



Assist in

recruitment coordination

(interview scheduling, onboarding support) Maintain

attendance, leave records, and employee documents

Support payroll inputs and HR reporting

Service Desk & Operations



Coordinate with

field engineers, vendors, and customers

for issue resolution Maintain

service records, AMC/contract details, warranty data

, and visit report

Skills & Requirements



Basic understanding of

Service Desk operations

Good communication skills in

English & Hindi

Proficient in

MS Excel, Word, Email, Tally

Strong

follow-up and coordination

skills

Preferred Qualifications



Graduate in any discipline Experience in

IT service company / system integrator / hardware support firm (Added advantage)
