to join our team, focusing on audits related to

. The ideal candidate should have prior audit experience, a strong understanding of internal controls, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct internal audits with a focus on HR processes, statutory compliance, and warehouse operations. Evaluate the effectiveness and adequacy of internal controls and adherence to company policies. Identify and document audit findings, along with actionable recommendations for process improvement. Collaborate with HR, Operations, and Warehouse teams to ensure compliance with internal policies and legal regulations. Monitor the implementation of corrective actions and follow up on previously reported audit issues. Prepare clear and impactful audit reports and present findings to senior management. Contribute to the development of audit tools, checklists, and process documentation. Stay updated on relevant labor laws, warehouse safety norms, and HR/logistics auditing best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in

Accounting, Finance, Business Administration

, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in

internal or external auditing

, preferably in HR and warehouse operations. Strong understanding of

internal control systems, risk assessment

, and audit methodologies. Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail. Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in

Microsoft Office
