Job Title: Asst HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives Manage end-to-end recruitment across departments Handle performance appraisals, employee development, and training programs Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices Address employee relations, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution Administer compensation, benefits, and employee records Drive employee engagement initiatives and analyze HR metrics for management reporting

Requirements:

7+ years of experience

as an Assistant HR Manager or similar role, preferably in manufacturing Strong knowledge of

HR practices, labor laws, and compliance

Excellent

communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage HR operations in a

fast-paced manufacturing environment

Strategic mindset with the ability to implement effective HR solutions Bachelor's or Master's degree in

Human Resources or a related field
