We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to manage the onboarding and documentation process for new recruits. This role involves document verification, maintaining trackers, coordinating with HRBPs, and ensuring timely processing and filing of appointment letters and other onboarding-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle joining formalities and document verification for all new joiners.
Create appointment letters.
Maintain and update new joiners' trackers and databases.
Create employee profiles in the HRMS and ensure accurate data entry.
Manage and maintain both physical and digital files, including uploading documents to the system.
Requirements:
MBA (HR) qualification is mandatory.
1-3 years of experience in onboarding and document management.
Familiarity with HRMS platforms such as KEKA is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Excel, OneDrive, and general file management.
Strong attention to detail, follow-up skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
Good communication and coordination skills.
