As an HR Associate, you will support day-to-day HR operations, payroll, compliance, and employee lifecycle management while working closely with our HR team. This role is perfect for freshers or early-career professionals who want to build a strong foundation in HR.
Key Responsibilities:
? Assist in HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
? Support payroll and maintain employee records.
? Handle queries related to PF, ESI, and statutory compliances.
? Prepare/manage reports using Advanced Excel.
? Collaborate with employees and the HR team to ensure smooth
processes.
What We're Looking For:
? 0-2 years of HR operations experience (internships/projects count
? Bachelor's degree in HR/Commerce/Management or related field
preferred.
