Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process - sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordinating interviews.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and close positions within defined timelines.
Employee Lifecycle Management:
Support onboarding, induction, and documentation processes for new hires.
Maintain and update employee records, HRMS entries, and compliance-related documentation.
Performance & Engagement:
Assist in implementing performance management systems and tracking employee performance data.
Support employee engagement activities, welfare initiatives, and grievance handling.
Payroll & Compliance:
Coordinate with finance/HR team on payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).
Learning & Development:
Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating learning sessions.
Maintain training records and feedback documentation.
HR Operations:
Draft HR letters, contracts, and communication as required.
Contribute to policy implementation and process improvement initiatives.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of HR operations, statutory compliances, and recruitment processes.
Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with discretion.
Hands-on experience with HRMS tools (Keka, Darwinbox, etc.) preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
1-3 years of relevant HR experience in recruitment and generalist roles.
