Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Support end-to-end recruitment: scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates and hiring managers. Assist with onboarding and documentation of new hires. Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR databases. Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including office coordination and vendor follow-ups. Support payroll inputs, leave management, and compliance documentation. Assist in employee engagement initiatives and internal communications. Ensure smooth HR operations and policy adherence.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 0-1 year experience in HR operations, recruitment, or admin roles (freshers welcome). Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment.
