Key Responsibilities:
Manage the recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires
Maintain employee records and ensure HR compliance with company policies
Handle attendance, payroll coordination, and leave management
Plan and execute employee engagement and team-building activities
Address employee queries, grievances, and performance issues professionally
Support management in implementing HR policies and organizational development initiatives
Ensure a positive and motivating work environment
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
0-3 years of relevant HR experience (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Good knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
Proficient in MS Office and HR management tools
