Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented
HR Associate
who will be primarily responsible for
end-to-end recruitment (80%)
and
supporting HR operations (20%)
within a fast-paced BPO environment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in hiring for voice/non-voice processes and a solid understanding of HR practices, compliance, and employee engagement in a BPO setup.
Key Responsibilities: Recruitment (80%)
Manage
end-to-end recruitment cycle
- sourcing, screening, scheduling, conducting HR rounds, salary negotiation, and onboarding.
Work on
bulk and niche hiring
for voice, non-voice, and support functions.
Utilize multiple hiring channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, and walk-in drives.
Coordinate with operations and training teams to understand manpower requirements and hiring forecasts.
Maintain recruitment trackers, generate reports, and ensure
TAT adherence
for all hiring mandates.
Conduct
pre-joining engagement
and ensure smooth candidate onboarding experience.
Manage vendor coordination and monitor recruitment performance metrics.
HR Operations (20%)
Assist in maintaining employee records, offer letters, and onboarding documentation.
Support attendance, leave, and payroll coordination activities.
Participate in employee engagement initiatives and HR communication drives.
Handle exit formalities and assist in maintaining attrition and retention data.
Desired Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of
recruitment processes
within the BPO or ITES industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle
high-volume hiring
and work under tight deadlines.
Good knowledge of
MS Excel, HRMS
and reporting.
Basic understanding of
HR operations and employee lifecycle management
.
Proactive, target-oriented, and strong in follow-ups.
Qualification:
Graduate or Postgraduate in Human Resources / Business Administration or related field.
1-3 years of relevant experience in
BPO recruitment and HR operations
.
