. You will play a vital role in supporting daily HR operations, maintaining accurate employee records, and ensuring our HR documentation aligns with current UK employment laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and manage employee documentation including offer letters, contracts, onboarding packs, and termination documents
Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and personnel files
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
Coordinate with payroll and benefits teams to ensure smooth operations
Handle employee queries related to HR policies, processes, and documentation
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in HR operations or administration, with a strong focus on UK HR documentation
Solid understanding of UK employment law, right-to-work requirements, and GDPR compliance
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with professionalism
Preferred Qualifications
MBA graduates
Experience in a fast-paced, multi-site or remote working environment
