We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
HR Executive / Associate
to join our growing team.
In this role, you will support the end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration. You will work closely with the leadership team to ensure smooth HR processes and contribute to building a positive and productive workplace culture.
Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.
Manage onboarding processes and induction programs for new employees.
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
Support payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management.
Assist in implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Organize employee engagement activities and initiatives to build a positive work culture.
Provide administrative support to the HR team and leadership as needed.
Requirements / Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
0-2 years of experience in HR (freshers with relevant internships are welcome).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Basic understanding of HR processes, recruitment, and compliance.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Proactive, quick learner, and able to work both independently and in a team.
Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a growing startup environment.
