Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Associate to support our recruitment efforts and manage basic administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing candidates and coordinating interviews, along with the ability to handle day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
Screen resumes and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Coordinate interview logistics and follow up with candidates.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and databases.
Administrative Support:
Assist in onboarding and documentation of new hires.
Maintain employee records and HR files.
Support in organizing meetings, events, and training sessions.
Handle basic office administration such as inventory, vendor coordination, and filing.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in recruitment and admin support.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR tools/ATS is a plus.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹266,876.96 - ₹591,583.06 per year
