Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and referrals.
Schedule and coordinate interviews.
Conduct initial screenings and communicate with candidates.
Coordinate and support onboarding process including documentation and induction programs.

Employee Records & HR Operations
Maintain and update employee records (attendance, leave, and personal files).
Prepare HR-related documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, etc.
Support payroll inputs by maintaining attendance and leave records.

Compliance & Documentation
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations (PF, ESI, etc.).
Help with audits by providing necessary documentation.
4.
Employee Engagement
Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities, surveys, and events.
Support grievance redressal by routing concerns to appropriate HR team members.
5.
Training & Development
Maintain training schedules and attendance.
Coordinate internal and external training programs.
Collect feedback and assist in measuring training effectiveness.
6.
Administrative Support
Coordinate with vendors for HR services (insurance, training, background checks).
Handle correspondence, circulars, and notice board updates.
