We are looking for a proactive HR Associate to support recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple HR tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates, screen resumes, and schedule interviews.
Manage offer letters, onboarding, and employee documentation.
Maintain HR records, attendance, and support payroll inputs.
Assist with employee engagement activities and HR communications.
Support performance review processes and HR policy implementation.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
1 year of HR experience (preferably in IT/tech/services).
Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
Familiarity with job portals, HRMS, and MS Excel.
