Assist in day-to-day HR and administrative tasks.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately.
Prepare HR reports, employee data analysis, and dashboards using
Microsoft Excel
(VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, etc.).
Help organize employee engagement activities, training sessions, and HR events.
Assist the HR team in the end-to-end recruitment process.
Support in offer letter preparation and joining formalities.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers in Excel.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, Psychology, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Well-versed in Microsoft Excel
- able to manage HR data, prepare reports, and analyse trends.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Willingness to learn HR systems, recruitment tools, and processes.
Preferred (Optional) Qualifications:
Internship or academic project experience in HR or recruitment.
Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
Basic knowledge of HR analytics or HRIS tools
