. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a passion for interacting with students, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience from sourcing to induction.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing:
Identify and source student profiles from job portals, college networks, referrals, and social media.
Build and maintain a strong student database for training and internship requirements.
Coordinate with college placement cells for bulk hiring or tie-ups.
Telecalling:
Make outbound calls to students to explain training or internship opportunities.
Follow up regularly for document collection, form submissions, and query resolution.
Maintain proper call records and status tracking.
Onboarding:
Guide students through the onboarding process, which includes documentation, agreement submission, and scheduling of induction.
Conduct orientation sessions and ensure students are well-informed about policies and procedures.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth joining and participation.
Skills Required:
Strong communication skills in
Tamil and English
.
Basic knowledge of HR processes (sourcing, onboarding, documentation).
Confident in
telecalling and follow-ups.
Familiar with job portals, LinkedIn, Google Sheets, and MS Excel.
Good coordination, reporting, and tracking ability.
Ability to take
ownership
of onboarding activities.
Qualifications:
MBA in Human Resource Management
(preferred).
Need 1 year of Experience ( Freshers can also apply)
