Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Thane for a Human Resources Specialist. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing daily HR tasks, implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and personnel management. Duties will include recruiting, onboarding, and supporting the development of employees, administering compensation and benefits programs, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and Personnel Management Experience in HR Management and implementing HR Policies Knowledge of Employee Benefits administration Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site environment Relevant certifications in HR or a related field are a plus Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
