About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

HR Associate

to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will support the HR function across recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations, ensuring smooth people processes and a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating offers. Manage onboarding and induction of new employees. Maintain HR databases, employee records, and documentation with accuracy. Coordinate employee engagement activities and HR initiatives. Act as the first point of contact for employee queries related to HR operations.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 2-3 years of hands-on HR experience (recruitment + HR operations preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of MS Office and HR tools/HRMS. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and a collaborative approach.
