?Your Key Responsibilities
?As my Associate, you will not just 'do' tasks; you will own these functions:

IT Recruitment Lifecycle (The Hunter Role)
?Learn to identify top-tier tech talent (Developers, Engineers) beyond just keyword matching.
?Manage end-to-end sourcing on portals (Naukri, LinkedIn) and coordinate technical rounds.
?Goal: Reduce Turn-Around Time (TAT) and improve candidate quality.

HR Operations & Compliance (The Shield Role)
?Assist in drafting and maintaining strictly compliant employment contracts and NDAs.
?Manage Statutory Compliance (PF, ESI) and Health Insurance documentation with zero errors.
?Maintain the Leave Management System strictly adhering to Indian Labour Laws.

Employee Lifecycle Management
?Orchestrate seamless virtual onboarding and offboarding.
?Maintain accurate digital personnel files (the backbone of HR audits).
?Handle day-to-day employee queries with empathy and professionalism.
?What I Am Looking For

You will handle sensitive data; confidentiality must be in your DNA.
?Tech Savvy:
Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, and basic HRMS tools is non-negotiable.
