This is a hands-on talent acquisition role. You'll run the engine behind every hire we make.
Own end-to-end sourcing -- identify, engage, and nurture high-fit talent across platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, communities)
Draft compelling JDs and role briefs with input from hiring managers and founders
Manage the hiring pipeline: scheduling, follow-ups, status tracking, and feedback loops
Maintain candidate records and analytics across ATS, Notion, and internal trackers
Support campus hiring, internship programs, and bulk outreach campaigns
Run experiments on what improves outreach response, funnel quality, and conversion
Keep the candidate experience sharp -- timely, clear, and human at every stage
Collaborate with product and ops teams to hire across functions
