Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive HR Associate - Recruitment to support end-to-end hiring activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews, along with strong communication and follow-up skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination. Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn), referrals, and social media. Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates. Maintain and update candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment reports. Follow up with candidates for interview feedback, documentation, and offer acceptance. Support onboarding activities and basic HR documentation as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

6 months to 1 year of recruitment or HR experience. Familiarity with IT and/or non-IT hiring processes. Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet deadlines. Basic knowledge of HR processes and documentation.

Preferred Skills:

Understanding of employment terms, CTC structures, and joining formalities.
