Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment life cycle - sourcing, screening, scheduling, follow-ups, and closure.
Draft job descriptions and post job openings on various platforms (job portals, social media, internal networks).
Proactively source and build a pipeline of potential candidates using platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and others.
Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate applicants' qualifications and fit.
Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and ensure timely communication with all stakeholders.
Prepare recruitment emails, offer letters, rejection emails, and related documentation.
Maintain recruitment dashboards, reports, and candidate databases accurately.
HR Generalist Exposure:
Assist the HR Manager in updating and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Support the planning and execution of employee engagement programs and internal events.
Coordinate with team leads to organize learning and development sessions.
Support in preparing various HR documents including letters, memos, and reports.
Desired Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with sourcing techniques and hiring platforms.
Detail-oriented with excellent documentation and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of HR functions, including policies and training.
Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to evolving HR technologies and practices.
