We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Associate to join our growing team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates passionate about Human Resource Management and eager to build a career in HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement. The HR Associate will work closely with and assist the HR Executive in daily HR functions, including recruitment, documentation, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the HR in day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
Support the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately.
Prepare HR-related letters, reports, and documentation as required.
Coordinate employee induction, training sessions, and engagement activities.
Assist in attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll coordination.
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory HR requirements.
Participate in organizing company events and welfare programs.
Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Executive or senior management.
Requirements:
Educational Qualification:
BBA or MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
Experience:
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of HR experience are encouraged to apply.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple tasks with a positive and proactive attitude.
