About the role




We are seeking a dynamic HR professional with 1-5 years of experience in HR operations, who is also enthusiastic about managing and supporting campus hiring initiatives. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, excel at meeting tight deadlines, and demonstrate exceptional candidate engagement skills while supporting broader HR initiatives and projects.


Responsibility



Talent Acquisition

+ Assist with recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
+ Assist in campus drives, including planning, coordination, and full-cycle support during the annual November-January period.
+ Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS).
+ Support onboarding and orientation of new hires.

HR Operations

+ Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR data effectively.
+ Assist the HR Manager with background verification of new employees.
+ Manage employee enrollment by issuing forms and verifying document completion.
+ Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
+ Provide administrative support to the HR team.
+ Address employee inquiries and help resolve operational issues.
+ Organize office events and activities (e.g., Fun Fridays, team functions).

Other Responsibilities

+ Prepare reports and analytics related to HR metrics and data.
+ Participate in HR initiatives and projects.
+ Ensure compliance with applicable HR laws and regulations.
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.


Requirements



Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-5 years of experience in HR operations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with employees, stakeholders, and candidates. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, with a high level of initiative and adaptability.
