Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations & Administration:
Manage employee data, attendance, leave records, and assist in day-to-day HR and office administrative tasks.
Recruitment Support:
Handle end-to-end hiring activities such as job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, onboarding, and maintaining hiring reports.
Reports & Documentation:
Prepare and update HR trackers, MIS reports, and Excel dashboards to support data accuracy and decision-making.
Employee Engagement:
Coordinate training sessions, team-building events, and address employee queries related to HR processes and policies.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or administrative support.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, and basic reporting).
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proactive, dependable, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setup.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
