We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Associate to support our HR department in day-to-day operations. You will handle recruitment, employee engagement, payroll support, and administrative tasks. Your role is to ensure smooth HR processes and contribute to creating a positive workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, onboarding).
Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
Support payroll and attendance management.
Handle employee queries related to HR policies and processes.
Coordinate training, development, and induction programs.
Assist in drafting HR letters, offer letters, and relieving letters.
Organize employee engagement and cultural activities.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and company standards.
Work closely with management on HR projects and initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in HR or recruitment (freshers can also apply).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Preferred Experience:
Experience in HR operations in education, research, or academic support companies is an added advantage.
