Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions--from sourcing to onboarding.
Utilize job portals and various recruitment channels to source quality candidates.
Conduct initial screenings, coordinate technical interviews, and support the selection process.
Ensure timely onboarding and smooth hiring experience for new employees.
2. HR Operations
Maintain and update employee records in line with HR policies.
Assist in payroll processing and manage attendance tracking.
Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and general HR support.
3. Admin Work
Assist in day-to-day office administration tasks including facility management and maintaining office supplies.
Support administrative activities to ensure smooth office operations.
4. Employee Engagement
Participate in employee engagement activities, including organizing team-building events and internal communications.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum
1 year of experience in IT hiring
, with strong knowledge of job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with HRMS and ATS is an added advantage.
