Sekel Technologies is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
HR Associate
to support the HR department in various functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR processes, maintaining employee records, and fostering a positive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding:
Assist in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate the onboarding process, including documentation, orientation, and induction sessions.
Maintain and update the recruitment database.
2. Employee Engagement:
Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events.
Collect and analyze employee feedback to improve workplace satisfaction.
Assist in organizing training programs and workshops.
3. HR Operations:
Maintain accurate employee records, including personal details, attendance, and leave management.
Support payroll processing by collecting attendance data and verifying employee information.
Handle employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
4. Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Assist in drafting HR policies, letters, and official communications.
Support audits by providing necessary HR-related documents.
5. Performance Management:
Assist in coordinating performance appraisal processes.
Maintain records of performance evaluations and development plans.
Follow up on goal-setting and employee development activities.
6. General HR Support:
Provide administrative support to the HR team in day-to-day operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR-related initiatives.
Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive employee information.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment.
Strong understanding of HR functions, processes, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools (e.g., HRMS, ATS).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
