Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented
HR Recruiter
to manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding candidates across various departments. The role requires excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills to ensure timely and quality hiring.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Selection
Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple departments (Finance, Audit, Taxation, Compliance, etc.).
Understand manpower requirements from department heads and prepare job descriptions accordingly.
Source candidates through portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), references, and social media.
Conduct telephonic screenings and schedule interviews with concerned departments.
Coordinate interview rounds, collect feedback, and ensure timely closures.
Handle salary negotiations and offer roll-outs through HRMS (Zimyo).
2. Onboarding & Documentation
Coordinate pre-joining formalities, background verification, and documentation.
Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new employees.
3. Recruitment MIS & Reporting
Maintain recruitment dashboards, candidate trackers, and closure reports.
Generate weekly/monthly hiring status reports for management review.
4. Employer Branding & Campus Hiring
Support in employer branding initiatives, social media hiring posts, and career fairs.
Coordinate and participate in campus recruitment drives.
5. HR Coordination
Collaborate with HR operations and payroll team for seamless handover post-selection.
Support in HR process improvement and automation initiatives through Zimyo.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Proven experience in recruitment (preferably in consulting, finance, or professional services firms).
Strong sourcing and screening skills with familiarity in using job portals and LinkedIn.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously with minimal supervision.
Strong attention to detail and data management.
Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS tools (Zimyo preferred).
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
MBA or PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
Salary Range:
Commensurate with experience and industry standards.
