Design and update job descriptions
Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms)
Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
Screen incoming resumes and application forms
Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language and logical reasoning tests
Advertise job openings on company's careers page, social media, job boards and internally
Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
Coordinate with stakeholders i.e Hiring managers, candidates. For scheduling interviews.
Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
Act as a liaison with new joiners to help them in the journey of new hire to an employee.
Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions.
What are we looking in you
6 months - 1 year work experience as an HR Recruiter/Executive.
Well versed with MS Office and GSuite
Experience with sourcing techniques
Understanding of referral programs
Strong verbal as well as written communication skills. Good proficiency in English.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources
Will be required to use own Laptop.
