Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment cycle - sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and follow-ups.
Manage onboarding formalities including document collection, background verification, and induction coordination.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure timely closure of positions.
HR Operations:
Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and files.
Support HR documentation such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and exit formalities.
Handle employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, and leaves.
Coordinate with payroll/finance for employee-related inputs.
Employee Engagement:
Assist in planning and executing engagement activities, celebrations, and HR events.
Gather feedback through surveys or interactions to improve engagement programs.
Support internal communication and culture-building initiatives.
Compliance & Reporting:
Ensure HR data accuracy and compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Prepare and share periodic HR reports as required.
