The HR Associate will support end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, employee management, compliance, and payroll coordination, ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Post job ads, source candidates, conduct initial screening, coordinate interviews, issue offer letters, and manage onboarding within 1 week per position.
Employee Management:
Track attendance, leaves, and performance KPIs; ensure adherence to office timings; support employee engagement and grievance handling.
Compliance & Documentation:
Maintain HR policies, employee records, and contracts; assist in disciplinary actions and ensure legal compliance.
Payroll Support:
Coordinate with finance for accurate and timely salary disbursement.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Recruitment completion within 1 week per role
Employee turnover <30% annually
100% adherence to attendance & punctuality policies
Improvement in employee performance & engagement
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR/Business Administration or related field
6 Months -01 years of HR experience preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
